Manh is an Undergraduate student at UW–Madison majoring in Statistics, Data Science, and Mathematics with the Data Science named option. His research interests center on representation learning for biomedical data, including molecular graphs, protein–protein interaction (PPI) networks, and gene expression profiles. He cares about methods that are both theoretically grounded and directly useful in drug discovery and repurposing pipelines.
His current project focuses on developing Contrastive Learning and Matrix Factorization methods for molecular and cellular datasets, aiming to learn stable, interpretable representations that support downstream tasks such as target discovery, virtual screening, and drug repurposing.
Outside of research, he enjoys playing TFT.
